I have witnessed, experienced, and navigated through both 'heaven and  hell,' and I have always felt a calling to focus on the positive  entrepreneurial solution—whether taking charge or providing assistance. 

From fast-forward startups with winds in the sails to bringing old dinosaurs  back to the business dance floor, or newer generations taking over the family business, or overcoming severe crises. Over all those years, I  have been proud to serve wherever needed in domains and circumstances to  which I owe my experience.

In   each of these situations, I firmly believe—both then and now—that people, with their dedication, creativity, and determination, have the  power to transform any situation into a successful outcome.
